Digital Marketing Account Manager – Agency Experience

FUEL Recruiters is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager. We are looking for someone who has agency experience within e-commerce platforms and someone with strong client facing relationship skills.

Our client:

• A mid-sized and very fast growing Digital and Creative Marketing Agency
• They have been in business for over 10 years
• They are located downtown Toronto
• They work with large companies such as Sunwing, Global Pet Foods, Party City, etc…
• Very strongly focused on A/I and e-commerce platforms – need people with experience in this area!

Job Duties:

• Manage the relationship between high profile clients, from main stakeholders to marketing managers within the client side
• Be able to effectively explain (in laymen’s terms) data from marketing campaigns to positively reflect the success of those campaigns
• Work with the project manager to ensure that campaigns are running effectively and managing different departments leads so campaigns go off without a hitch!
• Up-sell services to current clients
• Meet clients face-to-face and give performance presentations
• Be able manage the client while building e-commerce platforms for them and establishing all the needs of that client

Qualifications:

• 2+ years E-commerce Account Management experience
• 2+ years Digital Marketing Account Management experience
• 2+ years being client facing and successfully managing successful campaigns
• A bachelors or masters in Marketing from a reputable University
• VERY good and clear english verbal and writing communication skills
• Confident speaking with key decision makers in a company
• DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY experience is a MUST!

Salary: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year + bonus for up-selling
